Geoff Bolte started with his dad's Pentax film camera when he was 10. He would hang out at the local little league taking photos of the local 9 whenever he wasn't playing himself. After seizing the shutter on that camera he took a break while playing sports through high school, all while becoming an all state athlete. He went on to college to pursue a degree in architectural engineering, but high level math ended up stopping his dream and he moved on to the art side of things. He picked up a camera again in college covering sports and events and has been photographing ever since. While his passion is sports he is also an accomplished corporate, editorial and commercial photographer.
Growing up entrenched in construction due to his families construction business as well as working throughout college breaks in the construction trades he understands what it takes from start to finish and can easily read blueprints and ask the right questions to be able to capture the needs of the construction teams we work with!
His images have been found on the pages of publications such as Sports Illustrated, ESPN The Magazine and the Wall Street Journal, he's equally satisfied if a captured memory is preserved in a high school yearbook or on a proud parent's wall. He has also worked with numerous high profile corporations including Travelers Insurance, MAPFRE Insurance, Deutsche Bank, CIGNA Insurance and Globe Op to name a few.
He enjoys camping and hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Mid Coast of Maine with his family. His camera will always be close at hand to capture the scenes in nature.
